Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken much about her family However, she credits her father for instilling her love of working out. He had a bodybuilder as a teenager in his 20s and 30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at when she was a child. She began taking lessons in swimming at the age of four old and continued to do so for another 10 years. While she participated in numerous competitions, Ashley was not committed enough to a strict diet that allowed her body to perform at it's best. It's believed that Ashley was popular in high school due to her stunning looks and curvy shape. It isn't established if Ashley was a lover at the time. Ashley made the decision to concentrate her efforts on becoming a fitness model and modeling model following her graduation. Ashley recognized that she was unhappy with how her body appeared as a teenager. Her grandfather encouraged her to train. She followed the advice of her grandfather to start slow. She didn't realize that she'd be spending nine years shaping her figure eventually becoming a celebrity in fitness. The joy of her win Ashley participated in into the 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships with a seventh-place finish. found herself motivated by her performance in her perception of a defeat and went on to push herself even further. After winning fifth place at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. As she was competing and was offered opportunities to shoot photography shoots. She didn't mix up her work and decided to decline. Now that she's retired from competing Ashley is now a fitness model. After getting featured on the cover of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was soon able to start her career in the field of fitness and modeling model. Since then, she has been a sought-after model. Her appearances have been in numerous clothing and bikini firms and is featured in the front cover of a renowned fitness magazine.
